Coaching and therapy share many similarities, but they are not the same. Like therapy, coaching is about coming to know ourselves more deeply, but is more focused on envisioning and building on what is possible in our lives, and less about mental health treatment. Creativity, curiosity, and courage can help us to uncover and engage with the patterns that consciously and unconsciously impact our lived experience and to access new frontiers of psychological, spiritual, and social awareness.
